Minimum Residential Electric Deposit - $100.00

Minimum Commercial Electric Deposit - $200.00

Residential Electric Rates: Minimum bill is $9.50, State sales tax 0%, City sales tax 2.00%, all kWh is at $0.1410 per kWh

Commercial GS1 Electric Rates: Min bill is $15.00, State sales tax 2.90%, City sales tax 2.00%, all kWh is at $0.1374 per kWh

Commercial GS3 Electric Rates: Min bill is $18.00, State sales tax 2.90%, City sales tax 2.00%, all kWh is at $0.1455 per kWh

Large Power Rates: GS-D Minimum bill is $90.00, State sales tax 2.90%, City sales tax 2.00%, Demand charge all kW is $14.54, and the energy charge is at $0.9110 per kWh

Private Area Light (PAL): monthly charges shall be added to an existing metered account as per PAL contract for service signed by the customer responsible for the metered service payments.

Residential Tap Fee: $750.00

Non-Residential Users Tap Fee: the tap fee shall be calculated as follows: non-irrigation monthly water consumption in gallons/6,350 x $750.00

Monthly sewer user charges:

Residential users - $17.00

Non-residential users with non-irrigation monthly potable consumption no greater than 6,350 gallons pe month - $17.00

Non-residential users with non-irrigation monthly water consumption greater than 6,350 gallons per month - the monthly charge shall be calculated as follows:

        non-irrigation monthly water consumption in gallons/6,350 x $17.00

All non-residential users shall pay an additional service charge per month of 5 cents per 1,000 gallons for each 25mg/l over 280 mg/l of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD)

Rural sewer rates are 2.0 times the in Town rate.
